The RoleAs a Night Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the venue once the evening is underway, ensuring everything runs smoothly through the night.
Working closely with the Bar Operations Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for guests, suppliers and colleagues should anything arise. You’ll also help prepare the venue for the following day, ensuring spaces are clean, secure and ready for the next event.
No two nights are quite the same, so you’ll need to be observant, practical and confident making decisions when needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on and comfortable working independently. You’ll need to be someone who notices the little things, remains calm when things don’t go to plan and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
