We are recruiting Hotel Porters to join The Nici Lymington ahead of our brand-new hotel opening in mid-June. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new luxury lifestyle destination from day one.

Set in the heart of the New Forest coastline, The Nici Lymington brings a fresh, high-end hospitality experience inspired by the elegance and relaxed glamour of the Amalfi Coast. As part of the opening team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage
  • Escort guests to rooms and provide hotel information
  • Support the front office and housekeeping teams
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas
  • Assist with guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Handle deliveries and support day-to-day hotel operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physically fit (lifting luggage required)
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
