 The Role

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional service throughout each guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate guest records and payment information.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences, and spa services.
• Resolve guest queries professionally and efficiently.

About You

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends.
