 The Role

As a Porter, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience throughout their stay.

• Assist guests with luggage and room orientation.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance as required.
• Support reception and concierge teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas.
• Deliver items and amenities to guest rooms.
• Provide excellent service and local knowledge to guests.

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well-presented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
•  Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
