The Porter will be responsible for:
Guest Services: Offers a warm welcome, provides accurate information, assists with luggage, and ensures comfort and safety.
Checklists & Procedures: Completes checklists as per SOPs, maintains presence at the entrance, and complies with Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures.
Deliveries & Requests: Manages deliveries, local transport bookings, and handles guest feedback and requests.
Team Collaboration: Works as part of a team, promotes hotel facilities, and supports colleagues.
General Duties: Keeps lobby tidy, follows manual handling techniques, and may work as night porter when needed.
