SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSETo provide professional front-office and administrative support by managing reception duties, assisting visitors and guests, coordinating communications and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Guests- Assist with the booking and organisation of small events and functions as required.
- Handling guests arrivals, check-ins/check outs.
- Deal with guest enquiries, reservations and requests and follow-up with appropriate telephone and email correspondence.
- Provide guests support during their stay so that they have their expectations exceeded.
- Deal with any guests' complaints and queries in line with Torridon and Forbes standards and report actions appropriately to relevant managers.
Team- Ensure all appropriate departments are informed to meet and exceed the guests' requests
- Support FOH team as necessary
Productivity- Assist with the coordination of Hart to ensure that it is always up to date and correct.
- Deal with travel agents administration and payments and highlight VIP TA's to the Head of Department
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception desk and back-office area.
Health & Safety- Report and concerns, near misses and support the see it, sort it, fix it and do not walk on by.
Sustainability & Environment- Understand and embed The Torridon's sustainability policy practices into your shift.
- Be able to clearly communicate our Sustainability Policy and Earth Check journey to guests and suppliers.
