Ein Senior Rezeptionist ist verantwortlich für:

• Herzlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung unserer Gäste mit dazugehörigem Check-In und Check Out
• Unterstützung der Front Office Managerin / des Front Office Managers bei der Teamführung, Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben
• Kontrolle und Erstellung von Rechnungen
• Kontrolle von Einzel- und Gruppenreservierungen
• Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen und Reklamationen in Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen
• Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation zwischen den Abteilungen und Information der Mitarbeiter durch tägliche Briefings
• Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards, Verwaltung von Schlüsseln und Unterstützung von Initiativen zum Umweltschutz

A Senior Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Providing a warm welcome and farewell to guests, including handling check-in and check-out

• Processing guest enquiries and complaints in coordination with other departments
