We are looking for a passionate and driven Receptionist to become part of our wonderful team at Monarch House, delivering excellent standards and memorable experiences for our guests.   

     What you'll do:

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the check in/out process, whilst providing guests with prompt, efficient, and friendly service
• Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, features, as well as with sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates
• Represent our vision and values at all times
• Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging and empathetic manner
• To attend handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts, aiding flow of communication and a smooth handover
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service, communications and support
• Assist with various administrative talks as needed
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the local area, theatre shows, restaurants etc. and assist with their enquiries

     Who you are:

• You will be excellent at greeting and establishing a rapport with our guests
• You will be extremely well-organised, responsive to business needs and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable
• Proactive approach with a self-driven attitude
