Our Food and Beverage team is at the heart of that - and we're now looking for a passionate Junior Fuel Manager to support our F&B Manager in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and leading our crew to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Motivate, coach, and support the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Drive upselling and promotions to maximise sales and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentations, and compliance.
- Step up when the F&B Manager is away, taking responsibility for the department
- Take on Duty Manager shifts, overseeing operations and ensuring guest satisfaction across all areas.
What we're looking for
- Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in hospitality or F&B.
- A natural leader with strong communication and people skills.
- Commercially minded - confident in driving sales and spotting opportunities.
- Organised, reliable, and hands-on with a can-do attitude.
- A role model for high service standards and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
