The Momofuku group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Fuku is Momofuku’s version of a fried chicken sandwich shop. We are exploring what that means to us, but one thing we believe in is our spicy fried chicken sandwich! Located at the previous home of both Momofuku Noodle Bar and Momofuku ko, it is our first fast casual concept.


We are currently looking for Location Managers to join the team with our growing Fuku concept!


About the Job

As Location Manager or General Manager you will oversee the daily operations and all kitchen production, safeguarding the quality of food, beverage and service. As a leader, you will ensure your team is meeting our Momofuku company standards through active training and development. You’ll tackle both administrative and operational duties & checklists as they pertain to food safety & sanitation, ordering, inventory and scheduling.

Our Managers are also Fuku advocates and guarantee the Fuku customer experience to our guests!

About You

As Momofuku grows, we believe in finding driven talent to grow with us!

You are a fast learner that doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves. You are solutions based and a self-starter that can think quickly on the fly. Former colleagues may have referred to you as a strong leader who can affect change. You think operationally and are intrigued by hospitality growth and development.

Skill & Requirements:

At least 2 years of front of house, quick service and/or fast casual experience
At least 1 year of restaurant back of house management experience preferred
Experience with restaurant administrative and managerial duties
High volume experience
Expediting experience a plus
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking in a fast paced environment
A sense of urgency with a knack for anticipating needs
Team leader with an ability to build a strong team!
