Description
The Fulton, a fresh, new seafood restaurant by Jean-Georges at Pier 17, is seeking skilled Service Bar Bartenders to join our team!
This role will be responsible for producing drinks from our service bar. Essential responsibilities include:
- Following recipes to ensure consistency of all drinks made.
- Being able to keep pace during busy lunch/dinner rushes.
- Keeping service bar clean and appropriately stocked, working with barbacks to ensure replenishment when low on stock.
- Following all restaurant policies and guidelines, as well as state and federal regulations.
This is a NON-TIPPED position, and will be solely responsible for overseeing the service bar, and not the main bar.
Must be comfortable with making all typical classical drinks, and be able to quickly pick up on signature drink recipes.
