Job description
Here at Seaport Hospitality LLC., we are looking to bring on some of New York's top talent in the Hospitality Industry. The Fulton, a Seafood restaurant by renowned Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten, is seeking a Bartender to sell, prepare, and serve food and beverages. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and determined to provide guests with an excellent dining experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow while working in a friendly, relaxed, but professional environment.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet each guest promptly, courteously, and graciously with a smile
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus
• Deliver exceptional service consistently and anticipate guest needs
• Make cocktails, Pour beers and wine at high volume with consistency
• Work with speed and accuracy while also being friendly
• Verifying age in accordance of state laws
• Monitor level of guest alcohol consumption including denying service to all intoxicated and "borderline" guest
• Processing and handling cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working environment
• Understand and perform job duties to the expectations
• Preforms other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Minimum of 2 years of Bartending experience required
• Must have a strong sense of urgency & prioritization
• Must be conscious of physical presentation, meticulous to detail, and clean work habits
• Possess the ability to multitask with a calm demeanor and be able to maintain order under pressure
• Be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
