Description
Our Support work group is the skeleton of our operation. It is split between 4 job codes.
1. Bar back - Their role is to ensure that the bartender has everything they need during service to keep everything running smoothly: clean glasses, enough garnishes, liquor, beer and spirits, ice cubes, etc. As well as detail cleaning the bar at close, taking out the trash and restock the coolers.
2. Food Runner - Help pre bus tables, run food from the kitchen to tables, be able to communicate with servers and kitchen staff. Preform other closing duties such as rolling silverware, taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping etc...
3. Busser - Need to be able to clean and reset tables in a timely manner. Be able to seat guest with a smile, and help as needed.
4. Events - Set-up, breakdown, execute events as needed. Chaffers, satellite bars, run food, buss, bar back, Clean-up, etc...
