The GM utilizes the shop P&L statement and other regular reports to make informed decisions on the shop's ordering, scheduling, and revenue generation. They also stand to benefit personally from the success of the shop, through an incentive-driven compensation system that can boost the salary of this role by up to 30%. The GM oversees a team of Shift Managers, as well as Team Members, to help achieve their cafe’s goals while developing a bench of future leaders.
