What we can offer
What we’re looking for
Where you’ll be working
Our Visitor Attraction encompasses all of our gardens, exhibitions, woodland walks and eateries which are open to our hotel guests and members on a daily basis. Across the Estate we have 4 key food offerings:
The Garden Café
The Garden Café menu is inspired by the view from our restaurant. An ever changing and evolving view over our production gardens, national collection of apple trees, orchards and surrounding countryside far in the distance. All our dishes and ingredients are hand selected to fit within our concept of vegetable lead dining. Paired by an outstanding flight of cyder from our own cyder press and sharp and enthusiastic service, this is a dining venue that offers a refined yet relaxed experience. Quality, simplicity and seasonality is at the heart of our offerings.
The Cyder Bar
The Cyder Bar is the go-to spot in our gardens for delicious pastries, fresh salads and a variety of drinks. Whether our guests are looking for a warming coffee on a cold day or a refreshing cyder to sip in the sun.
The Roman Villa
Eat what they Romans would have eaten! Our World Class Roman Villa doesn’t just offer guests a chance to experience what a Roman Villa would have looked and felt like, now our guests can enjoy a variety of delicious flatbreads, spiced wine and a Roman favourite; globi.
Estate Events and BBQsWith a full year’s worth of events planned out, such as Apple Day and our Garden Lates series, our visitors can dine al-fresco with delicious BBQ’d meat and veg fresh from the Estate.
Who are we - The Newt in Somerset
