IMPACT MANAGER - £40-45k depending on experience

Aware of our footprint on the earth, the health of ourselves and our guests, plus our ability to impact society for greater good, we take a ‘holistic CSR’ approach to encompass our charitable partnerships, reinforce our values and our commitment to deliver a rare contribution to our people, the planet and our community.
A road map of initiatives and objectives will be developed and managed by the Impact Manager in collaboration with the leadership team to ensure that equal focus is applied across the range of impact stakeholders. The Impact Manager will work with both the Marketing and People teams to ensure that our plans and achievements are communicated effectively internally and externally, in a way that engages and galvanises the business behind our impact goals. It will the Impact Managers’ responsibility to design and create effective internal measures against which we can monitor and evaluate our strategic impact goals. These measures will be suitable for review at board level and will provide insight into our progress on a regular basis.
People Impact
· Coordinating our fundraising and awareness-raising activities to support our charity partnerships
· Improving internal processes such that they have a positive effect on our vision measures
· Working closely with the People Team to ensure that we provide employment opportunities to people who may otherwise struggle to find them by maximising relationships with our key charity partners
Community Impact
· Identifying opportunities to have a positive impact in the local communities that support our business such as farms and suppliers
· Identifying opportunities for our people to volunteer to support the communities in which we operate our restaurants
· Working with external partners to ensure that we support local initiatives that fit with our overall strategy for charitable partnerships
Planet Impact
· Deliver on our manifesto of SRA & BCorp commitments.
· Close collaboration with other departments to support the delivery of general sustainability initiatives which drive carbon reductions
· Identifying new opportunities to minimise our negative impact on the planet such as recycling, waste reduction and energy usage
. Identifying suitable offsetting options, including the development of new projects
Essential Requirements:
Please note this role is London based, mainly in our Head Office in Threadneedle Street in Bank, with some additional travel when necessary.
