As Central Reservations Co-ordinator you play a pivotal role in our business; guests and colleagues rely on you to deliver an exceptional guest journey, every time. The Central Reservations team is in the heart of the business and key to delivering an industry leading guest booking journey across all channels.
You are the main point of contact for our guests, often being the first contact the guest has with our brands. You have a friendly and confident phone manner, great email writing skills and are able to manage workload and enquiries across all channels and platforms including Opentable, The Fork, Tripleseat and our other booking systems. You are able to accurately input booking and guest data and information into our systems, while conversing with the guest to find out the key details of their reservations, build rapport, make recommendations and ensure they have the best possible experience. You will build strong relationships with the site teams, especially with Reception Managers, as the reservations team act as a conduit between the guest and the restaurant. You are also skilled at building relationships with guests, and able to handle feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Hours: 40 per week – must be able to work weekends and can pick up some mid week shifts in busy periods.
