We are delighted to be recruiting for a Central Reservations Supervisor here at Gaucho Restaurants:
As Reservations Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in our business; guests and colleagues rely on you to deliver exceptional results. The Reservations team is the heart of the business, and the Central Reservations Supervisor is an ambassador for the team both internally and externally. You are key cog in the central reservations function servicing all restaurants in the group. You build key relationships with all internal stakeholders and are obsessive about processes and working efficiently whilst providing the best guest booking journey in the industry. You are the ultimate team player and an expert in all things reservations, and you lead by example when speaking to guests on the phone and in writing. As the third in command, you are able to independently manage the team on shifts throughout the week and and hold reservationists accountable for delivering the same excellent level of service and experience you do as a supervisor.
You will build strong relationships with the site teams, especially General Managers, Group Sales and Events Managers and receptionists as the reservations team act as a conduit between the guest and the restaurant. You are also skilled at building relationships with guests, and able to handle feedback and complaints excellently.

Salary: Up to £32,000k per year + annual bonus scheme.
