We are delighted to be recruiting for a National Sales Manager – Proactive & New Business at Gaucho & M Restaurants

This is a senior role in the sales team and will report into the Head of Sales.  You must be based in London and ideally bring a little black book of contacts to introduce to the brands. This role is entirely proactive, so we are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to put themselves out there via phone, in person, at networking events or through cold channels and who has experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality sector.

Type: Permanent – Full time. 

Salary: £50,000

Location: Mainly located in Head Office, Threadneedle Street, Bank, London with some UK travel as required

 Purpose of the Role: As National Sales Manager – Proactive & New Business, you play a pivotal role in our business, and your team, guests and colleagues rely on you to deliver exceptional results consistently. The National Sales Manager is an ambassador for the Rare brands, Gaucho, M and The Crane tap, and works alongside the sales and marketing departments to build relationships, UK wide with the purpose of expanding our client base and positively impacting sales and cover growth. 

 You will be tasked with building a proactive sales strategy and expanding our booker databases through proactively seeking out new accounts, bringing on board new clients and winning new business for the brands. You will have a passion for heightened hospitality and working closely with corporate businesses. You are strategic and have a natural flair for proactive sales. 

 This is a national role as we expect the outcome of the proactive activity to impact UK wide, but you must be based in London as this is where the main hub of corporate business, and networking opportunity is centred. You will come with a pre-existing little black book of corporate contacts or business relationships built in London and vast experience in navigating the London networking scene.
