What do we look for in a GBK Assistant Manager (apart from a love for burgers)?

• A passion for all things burgers, our brand and beliefs
• The ability to think differently, a maestro at multitasking, lead and support, realising your own potential and helping your team see theirs
• Ability to work well under pressure and take control when needed, including experience of working in a high volume, fast paced restaurant environment.
• A fantastic business brain with a real head for numbers
• Finally, the ability to have fun at work and not take life too seriously - We're too casual for that!
