Our Central Reservations Office (CRO) plays a key role in supporting multiple Generator properties across Europe, working closely with Operations, Revenue, Sales, and Finance teams to maximise performance and revenue opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Administrative who would like to gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations, data validation,  reporting, and back-office administration within an international and fast-paced environment.

This  is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to understand how a multi-property commercial and reservations operation works while developing strong administrative, analytical, and operational skills.


What You Will Do

You will support the CRO management team across several operational and administrative areas:

Data Validation & Reporting Support

  • Assist with data validation and quality checks across systems
  • performance reports.
  • Help maintain Excel trackers and reporting tools.
  • Help identify inconsistencies, missing information, or data accuracy issues.

Operational Support

  • Support the team during high-volume operational periods.
  • Assist with coordination between CRO and other departments such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, and Finance.
  • Contribute to internal improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for operational and commercial projects when needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Hospitality, HR, Tourism, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Good analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proactive, curious, reliable, and eager to learn.
