MULTI PROPERTY ACCOUNTING CLERK 

BERLIN PRENZLAUER BERG - BERLIN MITTE & BERLIN ALEXANDERPLATZ
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our organisation as a Multi Property Accounting Clerk. As part of the Finance team, you will support the Assistant Financial Controller, support the monthly cashflow, take charge of day-to-day operations as credit control, revenue reports, banking etc. You will prepare analysis in financial areas,  support the Regional Financial Controller on finance projects as required. Our ideal applicant has professional experience in a similar role .

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Support the Assistant Financial Controller in the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and property reports
• Support the monthly cashflows
• Take charge of the day-to-day operations e.g. credit control, revenue reports, banking etc.
• Take responsibility for Accounts receivable and Accounts payable functions
• Prepare analysis in financial areas
• Work as a team player within the accounting team
• Support the Regional Financial Controller on finance projects as required

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

• Have at least 3 years of work experience, ideally within the Hospitality industry
• Have qualifications or experience in Accountancy/Finance
