Description

Looking to take the next step in your career? We’re searching for a motivated and hands-on eComms & CRM Executive to help drive the digital growth and performance of our website across our Generator properties.

Based at our Central London Head Office, this role is the heartbeat of our digital presence - ensuring our website is a high-performing channel that inspires guests and converts searchers into travellers.

WHO ARE WE

Generator is on a journey. Appropriate, given that we're a leading global lifestyle accommodation brand. The journey began in London, swung through a heap of European capitals on its way to dominating the world. Generator burst onto the scene in the Americas with the launch of Generator Miami and Washington DC and most recently took aim at the country’s biggest markets (NYC, LA, Miami and Chicago) with the acquisition of Freehand Hotels.

No biggie. Fast Company named us one of the top 50 most innovative global companies. We, of course, agree. And now this top 50 most innovative global company (did we mention that?) wants a pretty awesome F&B Crew for Generator London.

Our spaces are safe and seriously social, in the proudest part of the beating heart of the cities we love. Cultural action, creative pulse and an outstanding way to waste some of the finite time the universe has given you - that's what Generator offers. Holds true for staff and visitors equally, and while chic design is always the backdrop, every Generator in every destination reflects the unique beat of that city's heart.

BEING YOURSELF is the key to bringing the Generator story and brand to life.

  • Act as a key point of contact for external web and technology partners, supporting the implementation of new tools, features, and integrations.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and data flows are correctly set up to support campaign measurement and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with agencies to implement technical SEO recommendations and monitor overall site health.
  • Support paid media and CRM activity by ensuring landing pages are optimised and assisting with email campaign execution where required.
  • Champion digital excellence, maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and supporting the delivery of the digital roadmap.

  • Analytical and technical skills, specifically with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how website content is structured.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
