Project Manager

Description

PROJECT MANAGER – THE OVERVIEW
A newly created opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join our Development Team. The position is based at our Head Quarters in Central London. Currently, you will be required to work 4 days from the office and 1 day from home.

Reporting in to Head of Development, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage key in house projects, which will include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed use schemes. The project manager should have an appropriate background which will include construction management from feasibility to completion, budgeting and analysis, managing a multi-disciplinary design team and cost management skills would be an advantage. RICS qualifications (or equivalent) would be preferred but not essential.

Who are we?
Generator is on a journey. Appropriate, given that we're a hospitality accommodation brand. The journey began in London, swung through a heap of European capitals on its way to the US where we have two Generator outposts and a handful of fabulous Freehand hotels. Let’s just say, we are well poised to continue the American journey of our experience and design-led properties. No biggie. Fast Company named us one of the top 50 most innovative global companies. We, of course, agree. And now we want a pretty awesome Capital Projects Manager for Generator and Freehand hotels.

Here's the 'We're different' bit! Our spaces are safe and seriously social, in the proudest part of the beating heart of the cities we love. Cultural action, creative pulse and an outstanding way to waste some of the finite time the universe has given you - that's what Generator offers. Holds true for staff and visitors equally, and while chic design is always the backdrop, every Generator in every destination reflects the unique beat of that city's heart.

BEING YOURSELF is the key to bringing the Generator story and brand to life.
