ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT - OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has become available with this innovative and growing lifestyle business in a hands-on Accounts Payable Assistant role. The position is based in our Central London Head Office looking after all of the day-to-day transactional accounting entries for the various head office entities.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB 

• Posting of all supplier invoices across all Generator head office entities
• Reconciling supplier statements on a regular basis
• Posting of banking transactions and account reconciliation
• Ensure strict adherence to all finance policies for purchasing and employee expenses in accordance with the approval matrix
• Administrate employee expense and corporate credit card systems
• Posting of employee expenses into the finance system accurately as per the policy
• Posting of credit card transaction into the finance systems
• Running the payment run report for review and approval
• Update monthly foreign exchange rates on system
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Generate monthly Intercompany charges and management fee invoices and maintain internal tracker
• Posting of journals
• Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by management
