HR INTERN – HEAD OFFICE
We are looking for a confident graduate/student to join our small and efficient HR team to both, support and take ownership of various HR projects and processes. It’s a great opportunity to gain HR experience in a fast-paced, young company. Reporting into the EA & HR Manager, this role is based out of our HQ in Soho, London (by Piccadilly Circus) working 5 days per week. This is a full time, office based role with a salary of £20,000 gross per annum. The role is based on a 3 month fixed-term contract with an opportunity to extend to another 3 months.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Support the HR team with on-going project of launching new HR system in the US
• Involvement in the on-boarding process, including updating the HR systems and registering colleagues on our time-and-attendance system
• Manage the administration of all core touch points throughout the employee journey
• Support with the creation of our monthly Management Info report
• Work with the HR Manager on managing and updating our job descriptions on the recruitment platform
• Work with HR team on employee surveys and improving employee satisfaction  
• Support recruitment from advertising on our various platforms, initial sifting, arranging initial interviews and reference checks
• Supporting the HR Manager in the planning of social activities
• Ad-hoc projects to support the HR Manager

• Attention to detail
• Confident in Microsoft software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
