NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

  • Manage user access and configuration in MEWS and Pxier across all properties
  • Keep systems sharp through routine evaluations, case management and streamlined setups
  • Monitor all integrations to ensure stability, accuracy and seamless connectivity
  • Produce and share key operational and financial reports
  • Run audits to guarantee flawless tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner with Revenue & Distribution to perfect rate mapping and OTA visibility
  • Support Operations & Finance with ledger reconciliation, workflows and payment/OTA issues
  • Act as the go-between for property teams and vendors - escalate, track and resolve
  • Spot opportunities to automate, integrate and reduce manual tasks for 500+ users
  • Support MEWS and Pxier development, including beta and pilot testing
  • Analyse platform costs to identify efficiency gains and savings
  • Coordinate upgrades, migrations and compliance projects
  • Provide global PMS and Events support, including front desk workflows

WHAT’S IN YOUR DNA

  • Passion for hospitality tech and guest-facing systems
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail across rates, availability, events and financial data
  • Natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with commercial awareness
  • A social collaborator across global Revenue, Distribution, Ops and Finance teams
  • Thrives independently and in fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of PMS, revenue principles, OTA connectivity and channel management
  • Able to translate technical requirements into everyday language
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JS helpful
  • IT know-how beneficial, but hospitality ops experience valued even more
  • Fluent English (bonus: Spanish, German or Italian)

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

  • 2–3 years in hotel operations (Front Office, Reservations, Events or Revenue)
  • Hands-on PMS experience — MEWS is a big plus
  • Experience training teams and creating operational documentation
  • Familiarity with revenue systems, OTA connectivity and distribution workflows
  • Events or group bookings experience desirable
  • Hospitality background preferred
  • Bonus: front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JS) for building group menus
