We are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor who will be responsible for the hostel's night audit processes, while providing exceptional levels of service to all customers during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

- As Night Supervisor you are responsible for ensuring that all members of the Night Team endeavour to ensure that the needs of the customer have been met and exceeded at each interaction
- To ensure that your team members are following all specified procedures to audit the shift closing from all front office staff and completing an audit summary for each shift
- Run all Night Audit reports, check all daily audits and report to Accounts, Revenue and Front Office when discrepancies are found
- Reconciling of POS and PMS systems on a nightly basis ensuring that all discrepancies are rectified and reported to management
- Be responsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
- Ensure everything is in order for a smooth handover to day team
- To produce accurate and timely reports and correctly handle all cash transactions
- Conscientiously answer questions and assist our guests in the Generator way
- Inform and serve/sell guests what’s available in our café and travel shop
- Assist in keeping the hostel reception area clean and tidy, at all times
- Support security within hostel to ensure our guests are safe and sound
