Perform preventive maintenance across all areas of the building, including front and back of house and guest rooms, both indoors and outdoors.
Ensure that all tasks related to guest comfort, satisfaction, or first impressions of the hotel are prioritized.
Keep all safety and inventory records up to date.
Take responsibility for all on-site equipment, ensuring it is maintained and ready for use at all times.
Have a thorough knowledge of all applicable local laws and regulations, particularly regarding health and safety, building codes, and fire safety, and ensure compliance.
Ensure that our social spaces reflect Generator’s brand and culture.
Maintain good working relationships with colleagues to create a team that works well together and collaborates effectively with other departments.

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
Technical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and décor.
At least 2 years’ experience, ideally in the hospitality industry, in a similar role.
