Senior Sous Chef – George Club
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – George Club
George is a contemporary private members’ club in the heart of Mayfair. Set across two levels, with a ground floor dining room where the open kitchen creates classic brasserie dishes from organic and seasonal ingredients and a comfortable downstairs bar for relaxing and socialising.
As Senior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef and management team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the brigade. You will support with menu development and ensure all targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:
Are currently a Senior Sous or experienced Sous Chef looking for their next step
Have experience working in a high quality restaurant or private members’ club
Are passionate about delivering high quality dishes using the finest ingredients
Are able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
Are clear communicators with the ability to develop a team, enhancing the kill level of the brigade
