About the Role
As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional guest service on every shift. You lead by example—supporting, guiding, and motivating your team to deliver an experience that’s warm, professional, and unforgettable. From making sure food and drinks are served to the highest standard, to managing smooth operations in your section, you ensure everything runs like clockwork.
You’ll be confident handling the operational side of service, including staff organisation, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with all RedCat health, safety, and licensing policies. You’ll also use your commercial awareness to help drive sales, monitor promotions, and identify opportunities to increase profitability without compromising on quality.
Your leadership style is approachable and hands-on—you don’t just manage the floor, you’re part of the team, jumping in where needed, keeping spirits high, and making sure every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Team – Supervise and support FOH staff during service, ensuring clear communication and smooth teamwork.
Guest Experience – Maintain high standards of service, ensuring every guest receives warm, professional, and attentive hospitality.
Operational Oversight – Organise shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure your area is clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
Safety & Compliance – Enforce health, safety, allergen, and licensing laws, and address risks promptly.
Product & Menu Knowledge – Be the go-to expert on our offerings, training the team to deliver consistent product excellence.
Sales Awareness – Encourage upselling, recommend promotions, and help drive profitability.
Cash & Stock Control – Confidently manage EPOS systems, process transactions, and oversee stock levels.
Training & Development – Support the induction and ongoing training of team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.
