The Georgian Townhouse is looking for a top notch Deputy Manager to add to its already experienced and excellent team.

The Georgian has 24 rooms, a separate building of 9 apartments, the biggest beer garden in Norwich, a massive restaurant space and a ton of character. Not only do we do all the regular bits, but we host a number of weddings every single week, from our beautiful Pembroke rooms to our outside stables, we really do it all. This is the sort of place that needs someone ready to take that next step in their journey, someone ready to learn, grow and someone who wants a challenge.

What we look for in a Deputy Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Deputy Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
