Established in 1831 by Charles Allen Young and Anthony Fothergill Bainbridge, Young’s has come a long way from delivering home-brewed pale ale by black Shire horses. Today, with over 230 pubs and pubs with rooms across London and the South of England, we offer a wide range of hospitality careers within businesses known for their individuality, award-winning design, and outstanding service.
Our pubs have style and soul, and the people who work with us take real pride in our culture and the work they do. From front of house and kitchen roles to management positions, our hospitality jobs reflect the diversity of our venues and the seasonal menus we serve, all with a strong focus on British provenance. We believe in developing our people, because great careers create unbeatable hospitality for our customers.
As a socially responsible hospitality business, we are committed to reducing waste, supporting British farmers and independent fisheries, and championing sustainable practices across our pubs. From removing single-use plastics to working paperless where possible, responsibility and long-term thinking are central to life and careers at Young’s.
