Who we are looking for…
• PM Line Cook

We are looking for professional line cooks to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities:
-Setup station with all necessary supplies
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned task
-Followed standardized recipes to assure highest quality of food served
-Prepared high quality, great tasting meals
-Insured proper food storage, cleanliness, safe food practices and adherence to State Health Dept standards
-Fostered team work, safety, and professionalism
-Assisted chefs with any task needed

Requirements:
- Personal knives and tools
- At least one year experience in an upscale/fine dining NYC kitchen
- Legal authorized to work in the U.S.
