Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- setting your station for service
- setting your station for the next service
- cooking menu items to order
- assisting the rest of the team when needed
- cleaning your station at the end of service.
Requirements:
- Personal knives and tools
- At least one year experience in an upscale/fine dining NYC kitchen
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
