We are looking for a Runner to join the team in Bar Jackie @Broadwick Soho.

As a Runner of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.

As a Runner, you will ensure that Broadwick Soho’s guests feel welcome. You will greet, seat and support the service provided to our guests to the best of your ability and make their experience as memorable as possible.

The Runner, you will be the face of our F&B outlets, orchestrating and delivering a spectacular support service to Broadwick Soho’s guests.

You will be working adjacently with other F&B and Kitchen talents to provide our guests with their orders, ensuring any dietary requirements have been followed and accommodated accordingly.

You will support and assist in delivering a pleasant and enjoyable visit for our guests from the moment they enter Broadwick Soho Hotel to the end of their stay.

You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. 


What do we need from you? 

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure 
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service 
  • Your charisma, individuality and positive energy 
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team 
  • Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
