We are now looking for a Supervisor for our Gravity Active venue in Glasgow. We are more than a trampoline park, with activities such as Trampolines, inflatables and more! . And of course whilst the kids have fun, the carers can settle down to a lovely cake and drink in our café area.

As a supervisor, you will be assisting the Manager in the day to day running of the site. Making sure our standards are met, all health and safety is adhered to, that we have staff scheduled for our busy and quiet times and that we are profitable.

What you’ll be doing…

You will be working full time, 20 hours per week, mainly working at our peak periods on evenings and weekends (you will have scheduled weekends off), plus shifts during the week.

·        You will be trained in all aspects of the business from the parties and café to cash office and activities.

• Maintaining the different activity sections on the park and reporting any faults to a senior member of the management team.
• Acting as the Manager on Duty as required by the business; where you will be directly responsible for operation on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the financial performance and operational standards are monitored, and target performance is maintained.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties.
• Effectively communicating to other members of staff what is expected of them in each station within the site.
• Delegating tasks to other members of staff to ensure the park is always clean and to ensure that all tasks are completed for each shift.

Your background and skills

We are open to different skills set for this role, but you must have supervisory experience in a customer facing role. You may come from a F&B or retail environment, perhaps you have worked in Leisure centres or Health clubs. We are happy to consider people from associated industries, but you must have the skills needed to make this role your own.
