ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now recruiting a Supervisor to lead the large team at Angels Share Hotel in Edinburgh.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to develop their leadership skills.

Joining the team as a Supervisor, you will be part of the wider management team, assuming responsibility for the smooth running of the complex in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, and you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork.

That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently deal with any issues that arise.

You’ll also get to know busy times, ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team, and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles.

We’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme, mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
