THE ROLE

We’re looking for two passionate Supervisors to join our team, working across Le Monde, Shanghai, and the function space. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their role, and wants to develop their leadership skills across premium bar, event and late-night operations. As a supervisor, you’ll help ensure every shift runs smoothly leading by example, supporting your team, maintaining high standards, and responding confidently to the dynamic energy of our venue. You’ll coordinate between events, bar and club operations, manage transitions between service periods, and make sure every guest experience delivers a memory. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in our Supervisor Development Programme, designed to strengthen your leadership, confidence and career progression within the business.
