Blackheath’s only Ladies Only Gym is opening end of April 2025 and we are looking for a team of energetic, motivated and hardworking staff to kick the gym off to a roaring start!

We are GLO (Goldex Ladies Only) and following the success of our first ladies only gym in Sidcup, we are extremely excited to be launching our second site in the heart of Blackheath.

Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable Gym Team Members/Personal Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

• Form part of an energetic and hard-working team;
• Welcome ladies into the gym and interact with members on the gym floor to build rapport;
• Manage sign-ups and membership administration using our gym software (Gymflow);
• Assist with outreach and play an active part in recruiting new members e.g. promote gym facilities, services and promotions;
• Daily/weekly cleaning schedule;
• Lead inductions for new gym members to ensure safe use of machines;
• Active role in leading studio classes and personal training;
• Complete health and medical screenings for new personal training clients;
• Stay up to date with the latest fitness techniques.

Experience:

• Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (or currently training towards)
• Level 2 Personal Exercise Qualification
• First Aid Qualification (desired)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition
• Ability to educate and motivate clients effectively
• Excellent communication skills
