About the role

The Kitchen Supervisor is a trusted operational support role responsible for assisting in the smooth running of shifts, ensuring guest experience standards are delivered from the Kitchens, and venue procedures are followed consistently. While not responsible for people management, they play a key role in shift leadership and are entrusted with opening, closing, and maintaining venue standards in line with company expectations once training is complete.

Essential

  • Demonstrates strong awareness of customer impact, understanding how kitchen performance contributes to overall guest experience.
  • Confident in stock ordering, receiving deliveries, inventory control, and waste management.
  • Confident in maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards in line with legal and internal requirements
  • Familiar with kitchen systems such as food ordering platforms and electronic point-of-sale (EPOS) tools.

 Desired

  • Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
  • Food safety and hygiene qualifications.

 Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process
