Let’s get to the detail shall we?

As a Senior Host, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible and have the best time! We are not just an activity, we are an experience, so we want our guests to be super comfortable and happy throughout their visit. You will oversee reception hosts to achieve service targets to deliver outstanding welcome experiences. You will hold regular training sessions with the team, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety and general venue information.

We are looking for individuals with exuberant personalities that can help us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, with a passion to provide THE BEST experiences for our guests. Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.

Essential

  • Experience in working in a busy reception/host team.
  • Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
  • At least 6 months hosting experience.

Desired

  • Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
  • Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
  • Personal License.

Showcasing your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role will include:

  • Assists the Duty Manager with the induction, training, coaching and ongoing development of welcome and floor hosts.
  • Champion the guest experience by role modelling our standards, ensuring that the steps of service are being consistently observed.
  • Ensure that the relevant guest information is passed onto the floor team to ensure that the guests experience is tailored to maximise opportunities to blow peoples’ minds.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Support Team to ensure that the booking system, bookings/venue communication and social medias inboxes are delivering to customer expectations.
  • Communication of upsell targets and current performance, providing coaching support for hosts to achieve them.
  • Organisation and cleanliness of the welcome host station during operational hours to ensure the smooth service delivery for guests.
  • Handling administration and paperwork ensuring that all confidential documents are secured, and that any personal data is stored correctly as per company policy.
