We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our wonderful DC team. This role functions as both the operational leader and the culinary standard-bearer for the restaurant.


The General Manager must have:

  • The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards.
  • Significant hands-on culinary experience required, with approximately 60% of the role dedicated to kitchen leadership, food execution and quality control.
  • Leads by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team.
  • A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the operation.
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end culinary program, ensuring all food leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards of flavor, temperature, and presentation.
  • Serve as the primary culinary leader in the building, setting expectations for execution, discipline, and kitchen culture.
  • Maintain an active, hands-on presence on the line, especially during peak service, to drive precision and consistency,
  • Lead daily food quality reviews, tastings, and line checks, proactively identifying and correcting gaps in execution.
  • Responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve loyalty and retention.
  • Balance culinary excellence with financial performance, managing food cost without compromising quality or guest experience.
  • Support and execute limited-time offers, menu updates, and culinary-driven promotions with precision and consistency.
  • Responsible for the overall compliance of Health & Safety, and Food Safety to both statutory, and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants standards.
  • Ensuring the supply chain and stock control is effectively managed and controlled in keeping with the concept and in line with Gordon Ramsay Restaurant standards.
  • Effective management of targets set.
  • Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver all targets of the P&L.
