We’re looking for enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our friendly front-of-house team at Gordon’s Tearoom, a much-loved Braemar institution and one of the oldest establishments in the village. Serving homemade meals, snacks, teas and coffees, we take pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

Our tearoom is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., giving you fixed days off and guaranteed shifts.

What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you’ll:

• Greet and host guests, making menu recommendations.
• Take orders and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day service in the tearoom.
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Support with set-up, cleaning, and cashing up following procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• Experienced in hospitality (though a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important).
• Passionate about excellent service and fresh food.
• A strong communicator with initiative and enthusiasm.
• Aware of Health & Safety and COSHH standards (training provided if needed).
• Ready to uphold the high standards of a respected and historic tearoom.
