We are looking for a passionate and driven Bar Supervisor to join our team at Gosfield Hall, a busy premium wedding venue, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering unforgettable wedding and event experiences. This role is about creating moments, enhancing celebrations, and providing exceptional hospitality that leaves a lasting impression on couples and their guests.

Your Role in Making Weddings Unforgettable

• Exceed Expectations with Outstanding Service:
  Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable bar experience, setting the tone for exceptional hospitality at every wedding and event.

• Upsell & Enhance Guest Experience:
  Engage with guests by offering recommendations and upselling premium drinks, wine pairings, and signature cocktails to elevate their celebrations.

• Cocktail & Beverage Expertise:
  Craft high-quality cocktails and drinks that add a special touch to a couple’s big day, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.

• Stock & Inventory Management:
  Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in maintaining optimal stock levels—ensuring the bar is well-prepared for each event without over-ordering.

• Lead & Motivate the Bar Team:
  Train and inspire your team to deliver first-class service, helping them refine their skills in mixology, upselling, and customer engagement.

• Seamless Event Execution:
  Collaborate with the Personal Wedding Manager to ensure the bar runs smoothly, allowing them to focus on coordinating each event at our premium venue.

• Compliance & Training:
  Maintain licensing requirements (training available if needed) and stay updated with trends to continually enhance our beverage offerings.
