Job description
POSITION SUMMARY

Looking for Servers with minimum 2 years of experience in premium casual and / or fine dining. Candidates must be responsible and have a passion to interact and communicate with restaurant guests, staff members, supervisors.
The candidate should be able to understand the menu fully to give exciting suggestions to patrons, and also on wine and cocktails and be able to monitor guest’s overall dining experience.

Responsibilities :
- Welcome and seat guests with care, provide friendly and courteous service.
- Present and discuss the menu per restaurant standards
- PoS systems entry experience
- Should be able to identify position numbers so drinks and food are served accurately
- Regularly communicate with manager during service and escalate any issues.
- Clean tables and any dry spillages
- Help with bussing and food running
- Follow standard operating procedures laid down by the manager
- Escalate any issues of guest insatisfaction to the manager
- Provide best possible service to patrons
- Ensure compliance with all necessary operational policies including: Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Liquor Licensing
- Responsible for cash tips distribution and sending out tip sheet to management when closing
