An overview of responsibilities

·       Supporting the team to ensure the drinks operation of the restaurant runs smoothly, ensuring all drinks are freshly prepared with the best quality ingredients.

·       Championing exceptional coffee standards through collaboration with our coffee suppliers, Allpress.

·       With support from our General Manager and Bar Training Manager, complete daily office duties.

·       Leading training in new wine and cocktails for the whole restaurant.

·       You will be responsible for enhancing our customer journey by delivering a genuine authentic service with energy and integrity.
