We're on the market for a new Junior Sous Chef to join the team at the stunning The Green Man in Fownhope. The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Chef to join the Kitchen team of the pub.

The Green Man has really established itself as a stunning gastro-pub located in Herefordshire and is part of Red Cat Independent Pubs, who offer over 35 other premium offerings country-wide. The pub is well-known for serving an amazing quality of British classics, all made from scratch, in the well stocked kitchen. The Head Chef Sam, and Sous Chef Jamie has been with us for a while is now looking for a someone special to join their team. 

The ideal Chef will come from a similar fresh-food background, showcasing an attention to detail and a passion for 'serving the good stuff'. Now is an awesome time to look to join the kitchen team at The Green Man.
