Role Purpose:

To delight our customers every time, to be the face of your business, make every visit time well spent, to offer up great service and the brand promise, to create sales opportunities and to deliver food and drink with quality and passion

Key Accountabilities:

DELIVER FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
- Deliver the Brilliant Basic with every customer every time
- Take food and drink orders and deliver these to our customers with fantastic customer service
- Serve food & drink in the restaurant, set, serve and clear tables
- Carry out open and close-down procedures at specific times
- Ensure bar/pub stock levels are monitored and rotated
- Carry out a customer journey walk-around of all site to check customer expectations are being delivered
- Get to know our customers and seek feedback to make things better

DELIVER FOR OUR TEAMS
- Be part of friendly, fun, efficient and effective team
- Love your job – demonstrate a positive attitude all day every day
- Communicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team members
- Approach working with a positive, upbeat nature, taking the initiative to improve the way we do things
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
- Carry out any reasonable request that may be made by your Manager and any other member of the management team

DELIVER TO OUR SHARE HOLDERS
- Drive sales by up-selling at every opportunity
- Take accurate customer payments and accurate charging of all orders taken

CLEAN AND LEGAL
- Maintain a spotlessly clean business in the bar, restaurant and all other customer areas
- Maintain the standards of personal hygiene, dress and appearance as detailed by your manager
- Report any defective equipment to your Manager as soon as possible
- Follow company safety and security procedures and deliver high standards
