• Mowing greens, approaches, fairways, and roughs.
• Fertilizing, aerating, and overseeing pest control measures (subject to spraying certifications).
• Managing bunkers, rakes, course furnishings, and signage.
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
• Daily golf course set-up as defined by Course Manager/Head Greenkeeper
• Divot repairs/fillings on maintained turf areas where and when required.
• Monitoring and adjusting irrigation systems, including sprinklers and pumps
• Iimplementing course developments as agreed with the Course Manager/Owners/Course Designer/Architect/Golf General Manager.
• Supervising apprentice and seasonal staff.
• General daily care of all golf course machinery and storage facilities

• One year of greenkeeping experience is preferred.
• A recognised greenkeeping qualification or be training towards one.
• Ability to operate cutting equipment and perform course set-up procedures.
• Minor machinery maintenance skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Good time management and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on own initiative
